阀座

The valve seat and valve spindle cooperate to conduct the actions of opening and closing. The valve is also the main component of diesel engine. The material of exhaust value is mainly Timken and for the valve face is mainly stellite. Our company adopts advanced submerged arc welding technology to conduct overlaying for valve seat. The valve surface use the material of plasma transferred arc welding stellite, control the temperature before, after and during the process of welding so that the quality of product can be guaranteed.

排气阀杆

The exhaust valve stem is the major operating component of marine diesel machine, the valve face of exhaust valve stem need to bear the consistent slap force coming from valve seat and meanwhile, bear the washout coming from high temperature, high pressure and high corrosion gas of firebox. The raw materials of vent valve are mainly martensitic stainless steel, austenitic steel, knead ridge alloy material and etc. Facing the vent valve of different raw materials, different kinds of repairing renovation process are adopted. The common stainless steel valve rod, valve face and valve base overlay stainless steel material. For the valve face, Germany-imported plasma transferred arc welding technology of cemented carbide surfacing is adopted and the orientation toward of valve rod adopt hard chromium plating technique to restore size. The nickel base valve rod adopt special techniques to conduct repairing, and conduct hardening in respect of valve face so that the operating requirement of products can be completely satisfied.

1.Adopt advanced testing equipment to conduct the crack detection of piston head;
2.The rough machining remove ablation fatigue metal and show base metal out;
3.Adopt advanced automatic arc-submerging welder to conduct whole overlay welding;
4.The overlay welding materials adopt imported heat and corrosion resistant alloy material;
5.The top of the piston head according to customer needs can be in accordance with the specifications of MAN welding nickel base alloy material, greatly improve the service life of the piston head;
6.Adopt computer control heating processing equipment to conduct bulk heat treatment and eliminate welding stress completely;
7.Adopt advanced CNC equipment to conduct fashioning in respect of piston head according to standard drawings;
8.The circular groove of piston top adopt international advanced barrel plating craft and the hardness of coating is more than 1000HV;
9.Adopt numerical control double piston ring groove professional milling machine to conduct ring groove surface grinding, the roughness is above Ra0.4 and accuracy is above 5um;
10.Conduct the PT and MT inspection after the completion of piston top;
11.The hydrostatic test of piston top is 0.7MPa;
